Verify the installation

1. Reboot the device (or log into the configured account). The BlueFletch Launcher should start as the shell.

2. If the Configuration Missing screen appears, confirm C:\ProgramData\BlueFletch\launcher.json exists.

3. If the Configuration Error screen appears, read the on-screen message - it names the exact JSON property that failed validation.

4. Sign in with a test user and confirm the expected desktop layout appears.
