The Launcher Upgrade Tool is an application that is designed to uninstall version of Launcher 3 which have a different package name than that of Launcher 4, i.e migrating from launcher 3 with a package name of com.bluefletch.launcher to Launcher 4 with a package name of com.bluefletch.ems.emm.launcher.
